1. This was the first time I'd ever eaten a Cabbage Casserole and I was very impressed. It was really easy to make and I will make this again.

 2. Love, love, love this casserole! Have eaten it many times at the Dillard House~one of our favorite restaurants!

 3. This was NOT the Dillard House cabbage casserole recipe. It was tasteless and had WAY too much milk…it made my family sick. I have the Dillard House cookbook but had misplaced it. After this recipe failing epically, I searched until I found my cookbook and this is most definitely not their recipe. Good news is the possums in my backyard really enjoyed the leftovers—of which there were many (leftovers—not possums).

I am wife to a wonderful husband and mother to our two beautiful little girls, Carah, 5 years old and Adalyn, 2 years. I have always loved to cook and like many of you I love looking at cookbooks and watching cooking shows. My mother does too, so I guess she passed this trait onto me. I work part-time so I do love to find delicious but quick recipes with few ingredients.

I have found some of my best recipes here on RecipeZaar!
