      Delicious ! Imade the recipe as directed except for using fresh mushrooms, fresh rosrmary and leaving out the sage{I didn't have any}. The gravy is super yummy.

      I used fresh mushrooms that I cooked in the microwave to obtain the juice of the mushrooms. It's so easy to do. The pork chops turned out very tender and full of flavor with the sauce. Great recipe. Thanks xtine :) made for Alphabet tag game

      We loved this recipe. I've tried it many different ways. I've browned pork lion chops just poured everything in crockpot with them on Low for 8hrs or 4hrs on High. Instead of red wine, I used cranberry juice. One time I even put in a whole pork lion roast in crockpot. We made hot pork sandwiches and put the gravy over it. everybody loved it and it was quick and easy for me.

      I really liked this, the wine gave it such a rich taste. I cooked mine in the crockpot on High for 4 hours and they came out perfect. Served the broth with a baked potato. Made for *PAC Fall 2007* game
